At Sprig & Stock we recognise that choosing food is very personal, which is why we are dedicated in sourcing the very best produce for you. Most of our ingredients used in our preparation are from local growers and derived from sustainable sources. All of the food, from the canapés to the desserts, is handmade, appetising and satisfying. We believe in flexibility and personal choice; sourcing seasonal produce that is fitting and in its prime.

Cornwall benefits from an abundance of quality food growers and suppliers, whether small cottage industry producing cheeses and vegetables, or smallholdings organically rearing beef, lamb and pork. Our local fishing fleet land us with fresh catches every day and Falmouth boasts an accolade as the only place in the world still farming oysters in the traditional method.

You and your guests are important to us and we are sympathetic to individual needs of all age groups and dietary requirements. Each menu is bespoke and tailored specifically to your individual requirements.
