Mesmear is set in 160 acres of beautiful farmland, less than a mile from the surf at Polzeath and three miles from Rock, a perfect location for sailing, surfing, walking, golf and building sand castles.
Our aim for Mesmear was to create stylish accommodation along the lines of a 'Boutique Hotel', a modern retreat with all the luxury that makes a break in Cornwall relaxing, fun and unforgettable for the whole family.

Boutique Hotel
Our facilities and services combine the comfort of a boutique hotel with the space and privacy of your own home. Lucy, our cook prepares breakfast of your choice in the morning and a homemade cake for tea. A three-course dinner accompanied by a selection of wines is served each evening.
Stylish Living
We have developed Mesmear from two 18th century stone barns. Retaining original Cornish stone, slate and timber features and creating chic interiors. Soft colour palettes, linens and natural materials contrast with steel, high gloss finishes and acid colour highlights.
Quality and Style
Quality and style permeate throughout. From the finest linen and soft, fluffy towels to the organic, handmade soap; from the under-floor heating and wood burning stoves to the fully stocked honesty bars, everything has been meticulously planned to make this a home-from-home and a bit more.
With our 6.5m rib holdingh 9 guests, you can explore the coastline and stop off for a picnic on some of the 'private' beaches no one else can reach.
People of all ages will enjoy the sensation of skimming across the estuary on the Hobie Cat. The kids love hanging out on the trapeze, and taking the helm will give everyone a huge sense of achievement.
