Sprig and Stock Limited, formerly Mumtaz Caterers, have been trading since 1997, providing hospitality throughout the county for corporate and private events. Mumtaz was originally conceived to provide hospitality for the 'In Dining' experience, specialising in the culinary arts from the East.
As our customer base developed it became apparent that we needed to take a more imaginative approach and cater for an increasingly diverse demand. Now managed by a team of three directors, we employ talented chefs and a very capable front of house management team.
We believe our success is firmly rooted in the quality of our food, service and our ability to make it happen - whatever the circumstances. We are still growing, with new ventures that include large scale concerts and events, new corporate contracts and an ever growing wedding portfolio.
